It was one of those glorious days in Madison. At the Bishops Bay Country Club on Lake Mendota stand up paddling fans for across the country gathered to celebrate the 3rd annual Midwest SUP Festival. A long, cold winter brought a late start to the standup paddling season in Wisconsin.
