13 Dec The 2024 U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree Tour: Media Recap
After more than a week since the lighting of the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree in Washington D.C. there is still a lot going on as we celebrate the holiday season. As we finish out the New Year, we want to make sure that we take stock of the many stories and news items that share the wonderful journey of the People’s Tree on its 4,200-mile journey from the Tongass National Forest all the way across the country to our nation’s capital. Happily, the Joy Trip Project was there through much of this grand adventure taking pictures. Below you will find a link to our story map as well as several other videos and news items for you to enjoy.
